For the Proyecto Legaria project in México City, PGAL is providing overall design team coordination for the LEED certification process, seeking LEED-CS Gold. The project consists of a 16 story high-rise office building with approximately 425,000 square feet, including commercial-retail space at ground-level.
For this project, PGAL developed a strategic alliance with a Mexican engineering firm who is providing the local commissioning in coordination with PGAL and our commissioning team. Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2008 and completion is expected in March, 2011.
