BOSTON, MA: PGAL is planning the largest Consolidated Rental Car Facility in the nation at 2.55 million sf. Consolidating 6 existing facilities and providing space for 8+ rental car companies to operate at Boston Logan International Airport. The $350M project for Massachusetts Port Authority is slated for LEED NC Silver certification and completion in 2012.
HOUSTON, TX: Design for the 200,000 SF Terminal B Replacement Facility for Continental Airlines is currently underway. Planned for LEED Silver certification, the $65M renovation at Bush IAH will position the Continental Airlines’ hub for future growth.
