DNC Concessions at Orlando International Airport (MCO) Terminal C
PGAL recently completed design services for the six-outlet food service program for Delaware in the new Terminal C at Orlando International Airport.
The final piece of the program - Summer House Santa Monica - is a 7,200-square-foot, two-story California-inspired dining destination (developed by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises). The restaurant offers a variety of dining options and service styles, including full-service dining; a bar; grab-and-go; and a market that carries the restaurant’s signature cookies, pastries and more.
In addition to Summer House, the Delaware North locations in Terminal C include:
Raw Juice: 440-square-foot grab and go option for cold-pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, salads and other organic foods.
Cucina:415 square-foot concept offering travelers prepared to-go options.
Harvest & Grounds: 560-square-foot Euro-American bakery and coffee café concept.
Greenbeat: 1,000-square-foot concept devoted to affordable health-conscious meals.
