Senior Accountant/Assistant Controller

- General ledger account reconciliations including review of accounts payable
- Review payroll and labor reconciliations
- Review bank and credit card account reconciliations
- Assist with assessing/developing/implementing improvements to existing procedures and accounting software/systems including auditing workflows

Structural Bridge Engineer

- Demonstrate leadership in Revit/BIM model management, ensuring model integrity, and facilitating using Revit detail and family libraries across projects
- Enforce PGAL Revit standards and practices to maintain consistency and quality in all projects
- Troubleshoot Revit/BIM application issues and conduct training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in BIM applications
- Coordinate BIM implementation across projects
- Ensure that project teams follow BIM standards
- Facilitate collaboration among architects, engineers, and contractors
- Assist in model coordination and clash detection
- Organize and maintain digital project documents and data
- Control document versions and revisions
- Facilitate document access and retrieval for project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with document control best practices
- Navisworks Clash Detection/Model Coordination
- Supporting project teams while enforcing Revit “modeling best practices”
- Review Revit “warnings” to help keep model problems to a minimum
- Exporting Data for other disciplines and/or consultants (AutoCAD backgrounds, Navisworks, exports, etc.)
- End User Support/Troubleshooting
- Revit Content Creation (general library or project-specific families)
- Internal Revit Training
- Creating or contributing to the creation of in-house BIM Standards (along with the appropriate technical staff)
- Update in-house BIM Standards as necessary (living document model)
- Revit Model Migration – moving Revit models to the newest version while verifying their integrity and completeness.
- Investigate and test new Revit add-ons and other BIM/IPD technologies
- Create Revit models based upon Point Cloud Scan Data
- Create “as-built “Revit models from 2d legacy/owner drawings to be used as reference
- Information or starting points for project teams
- Creation and/or maintenance of Revit project templates and BIM Execution plans
- Perform the initial Revit model setup for each project
- Attend meetings as your organization’s “BIM Expert” to help ensure that everyone understands the firm’s BIM process
- Lead relevant “Tips and Tricks” and “Lessons Learned” to the firm
- Overall, CAD Support (including the support of legacy CAD packages)Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an architectural design firm, with a focus on BIM and Autodesk Revit
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field from an accredited university
- Deep knowledge of Autodesk Revit and experience with BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, emphasizing project workflows
- Proven track record of managing model integration across multiple design teams and offices
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks)
- Project coordination, collaboration, and knowledge of BIM standards and practices
- Proficiency in document management software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of document control standards
