GSA South Florida Federal Building Design Criteria

PGAL served as design consultant for this GSA Design Excellence project.

The 475,000-square-foot design criteria program related to user needs, functional adjacencies design intent, and security and blast design.

The program also included parking for structural, MEP and LEED Gold issues, and structured parking for 535 cars. PGAL carefully studied site, environmental, and landscape complexities for the project.
