TxDOT selects PGAL for Statewide PS&E IDIQ

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) recently selected PGAL for the Statewide Urban/Rural Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) Indefinite Deliverable contract.

PGAL ranked #6 out of the 81 submitted proposals and 30 selected consultants.

The contract is for $10 million in design fee that may include a few mid-sized projects across the Texas, or potentially a single large project.
