Jorge Garcia, AIA, OAA, Joins PGAL As Principal

PGAL is pleased to announce the addition of Jorge Garcia, AIA, OAA, as Principal for the firm’s Boca Raton office, joining current Principals Ian Nestler, AIA, Carl J. Conner, AIA, and Sam Ferreri, AIA.   

In this role, Jorge will draw on more than two decades of architecture and master planning experience to serve PGAL’s clients and assist in leading the firm’s growing Boca Raton design studio.

Jorge began his architectural career in the Caribbean and Canada in 2004, quickly earning recognition for his award-winning and innovative designs. In 2022, he relocated to South Florida to spearhead a successful business expansion at another leading architecture and engineering firm.

At PGAL, Jorge will leverage his proven leadership and extensive experience in designing and managing large-scale, complex projects across the higher education, mixed-use, and institutional markets.

Jorge is a registered Architect in both the U.S. and Canada, as well as a Certified Passive House Designer, renowned for his dedication to innovation in sustainable design. He regularly volunteers with local initiatives to help shape the future development of the City of Boca Raton. Additionally, Jorge provides mentorship to architectural graduates and interns, guiding them on their path to licensure while fostering the next generation of forward-thinking architects.
