PGAL Goes Green Again...Granite Briarpark Green

Construction is underway on the 300,000 SF, 12-story, Granite Briarpark Green building in Houston, Texas. Slated for completion in 2013, the Class A building sits on a prominent corner in the Westchase district and is the second phase of the Briarpark Green development. Pre-certified LEED Gold, the precast structure features a two-story cast stone base, metal canopies and sunshade devices as part of its sustainable design elements. An adjacent 6-story parking garage will hold 1000+ cars.
