Urban Land Institute Selects Aventura Arts & Cultural Center

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Southeast Florida/Caribbean Council has selected this $7 million, water-themed performing arts facility in Aventura, FL as one of six Finalists in its prestigious and highly competitive Vision Awards program. Winner will be announced at a Miami event for 450 community leaders in September. Finalists were selected on the basis of design, sustainability, financial success, community impact and wise land use. The 324-seat center is registered for LEED Silver certification.
