PGAL is pleased to announce the promotion of four esteemed leaders to key executive and principal roles.

These individuals have demonstrated exceptional leadership, expertise, and dedication to PGAL’s continued success and growth.

New Executive Vice Presidents

Beth Funk – Executive Vice President, Denver, CO
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Beth Funk will continue to oversee PGAL’s financial operations. Since joining the firm in 1999, she has played a critical role in aligning PGAL’s financial, project, and marketing activities, ensuring both short- and long-term business strategies are effectively implemented.

Sharon Lang – Executive Vice President, Houston, TX
Sharon Lang has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources. Since joining PGAL in 1990, she has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s culture, leading HR operations, and supporting the firm’s ongoing expansion. Her leadership continues to drive the firm’s growth and operational excellence.

New Principals

Veronica Enders, CID, IIDA, LEED AP BD+C – Principal, Alexandria, VA
A 23-year veteran of PGAL, Veronica Enders is a highly accomplished interior designer and workplace strategist with expertise in aviation design and project management. She has led the design and management of many of PGAL’s most significant aviation projects, focusing on terminal planning, design, and operational requirements.

Ruben Martinez – Principal, Houston, TX
With over 30 years of architectural experience, including 20 years at PGAL, Ruben Martinez has successfully led a diverse range of projects, specializing in the design of civic facilities. His deep understanding of client needs, combined with a passion for innovation and meticulous attention to detail, distinguishes him as an industry leader.
