For this downtown revitalization project, PGAL converted an abandoned, 45,000-square-foot mattress warehouse into a modern office and showroom complex.

The interiors feature a dramatic, minimalist design with 21-foot ceilings and skylights that filter natural light into office spaces. Additional design elements include concrete floors, bold colors, glass mosaic tiling, and sophisticated furnishings. In the office and conference areas, angled, cork-covered accent walls and carpet tiles add texture and sound absorption.

Located two minutes from the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, the building’s bold exterior can bee seen from the interstate.
