Lauderhill Public Safety Complex
This 25,000-square-foot police station and 24/7 emergency operations center was one of the first projects in the revitalization of downtown Lauderhill, Florida.
PGAL planned and designed the project on a fast-track design-build basis. The design team introduced a Bahamian architectural style that became the catalyst for future government center buildings.
The public safety facility was designed to homeland security and enforcement accreditation guidelines. Support elements include a command center, fitness center, locker, and evidence storage facilities.
