City of Granbury Police Department

The stand-alone 29,364-square-foot police headquarters for the City of Granbury is located on a 46-acre site, featuring a single-story design that blends seamlessly with its surroundings.

The building’s natural stone façade and standing seam metal roof harmonize with the nearby City Hall and neighborhood, while projecting a strong, authoritative presence.

At the heart of the facility is a community meeting and conference room adjacent to the main lobby, offering seating for up to 100 citizens and access to public restrooms. Beyond this space, all areas are secured and restricted from public access. These include administrative offices, a squad room, evidence processing and vault areas, a receiving room, secure dispatch, interview and interrogation rooms, a crime investigation department, a sally port, a fitness center, locker rooms, property records storage, a kitchen, and training rooms.

The site also features public and secure parking areas, an impound lot, and a septic field, ensuring functionality and security.
