PGAL prepared preliminary engineering and final design to remove the 400,000-square-foot asphalt West General Aviation Apron, replacing it with a new 10-inch, reinforced Portland Cement Concrete Apron.

Additional services included new base and subgrade, pavement striping, and airfield lighting improvements.
