Turner x PGAL Team Takes 3rd Place at Dulles Plane Pull + Festival

At the 32nd annual Dulles Plane Pull and Festival, thousands of participants and spectators watched as 25 teams competed to pull an 82-ton United Airlines plane 12 feet. The event raised funds to support Special Olympics Virginia.

The PGAL team, partnered with Turner Construction, secured 3rd Place in the Fastest Pull (United) category with an impressive time of 10.711 seconds.

Organized and sponsored by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police Department, the plane pull was the highlight of the Dulles Day Festival. All proceeds from the event benefit athletes with intellectual disabilities supported by Special Olympics Virginia. This year, participating teams collectively raised $580,000.
